Dolayısıyla, önümüzdeki sorunlar itibarıyla uzlaşmaya en çok ihtiyaç duyulan bir dönemde Türkiye kendine, liderlerde halka güvenmeyi öğrenmek zorundadır. Bu bağlamda, Türkiye'de korunmaya en çok değer görülenin farklı olabilme ve değişik düşünebilme olduğunu içine sindirmiş, parlamentoda gurubu bulunan siyasi partilerin tümünün, ahlaki temellere dayanan çeşitli alternatifler içinde birbirleriyle biraraya gelebildikleri, birarada hükümet etmeyi düşünebildikleri bir ortamı yaratmaları gerekmektedir. Hedef, Türkiye'yi rekabet ile uzlaşma, büyüme ile bölüşüm arasındaki dengeleri iyi hesaplayan, refahı kısa dönemli popülist ve patronaj politikalarının uzantısı olarak değil, rasyonel kaynak dağılımı ile kurumsal temele dayandıran, bir devlet yapısına kavuşturmak olmalıdır. Aksi takdirde, siyasilerin sebepleri irdelemeden sonuçlar üzerine siyaset yapma geleneği ile ve ülkemizin en saygın konumunda bulunan TSK'ni siyasetin içine çekmeye yönelik politikalar ile, Türkiye'de rüzgarlar dinmeyecek, hatta şiddetlenerek fırtınaya dönüşecektir. Doğru strateji, tekneyi fırtınada da seyredecek şekilde donatmak ve rotayı çizmektir. Turkey, is faced with serious problems ranging from an inflation rate of around 100% to growing public deficits and foreign debt, unjust income distribution, social polarisation, a battered democratic and secular system, discussions on the independency of the judiciary, power struggles raged with a political agenda isolated from international affairs. The solution of these problems lies in social consensus. Therefore, in a period full of problems requiring social consensus, Turkey must learn to trust itself and the leaders must start trusting the people. All of the political parties represented in the parliament who have realised the value of unique and original modes of thinking must create an environment where they can cooperate within different government alternatives with a sound ethical basis. The aim must be to establish a state structure where competition and compromise, growth and distribution are well-balanced and welfare is not regarded as an extension of short-term populist and patronage policies but is based on a rational distribution of resources and an institutional structure. Otherwise, with the politicians accustomed to jumping to conclusions without analysing the reasons and their policies that serve to pull the country' s most respectable institution, the Armed Forces into politics, the winds will continue to blow and may even turn into violent storms. The right strategy will be to equip the boat for a storm and to set the right route.  | ||||
