BAŞKANDAN MURAT SARAYLI YES For Europe Avrupa Genç İşadamları Konfederasyonu 11 ülkeden 35.000 genç işadamı ve girişimcinin üye olduğu; ulusal seviyedeki sosyal, iktisadi birlikteliklerin; güçlerini, performanslarını uluslarüstü seviyede buluşturdukları bir platformdur. Kurucuları ve üyeleri, kendi ülkeleri kadar Avrupa'nın da geleceğini temsil etme azmi ve çabasıyla yoğun biçimde çalışırlar. Türkiye'nin, AB'ne üyelik sürecinde içinde bulunduğu en kritik kavşakta, Avrupa'dan çok sayıda Sivil Toplum Örgütü tavrını ve görüşünü açıklamaya başlamıştır. Temel mesaj, 'Türkiye'nin Avrupa Birliği ile tam entegrasyonuna destek' yönündedir. TÜGİAD'ın yönetiminde bulunan değerli başkan ve üyelerinin de üstün gayretleriyle, YES For Europe- Konfederasyonu da aynı yönde destek mesajlarını çeşitli vesileler ile teyid etmiş ve mesajını konunun muhataplarına ulaştırmıştır. Bu mesajların en yeni ve çarpıcı olanı 27 Kasım 2004 tarihinde verilmiştir. Avrupa Birliği'nin geleceği olan GENÇ İŞADAMLARI bu tarihe not düşmüştür. Kon-federasyon Başkanlığı görevine, TÜGİAD'ın Genel Başkanını seçmişler; böylece çok anlamlı bir mesajı, adeta zarfa koyup, hem kendi başkentlerine, hem Brüksel'e hem de Ankara'ya yollamıştır.. Bu gelişmeden, ülke kamuoylarının, liderlerinin, Brüksel'in, AB mekanizmalarının ve de Ankara'nın çıkaracağı mesajlar olduğu muhakkaktır... TUGİAD'ın da buradan üzerine alacağı mesajlar vardır. Bugüne kadarki yerel zemine basarak yakaladığımız küresel perspektifin daha da güçlendirilmesi gerektiği yönündeki temel tercihimizin doğruluğu teyid edilmiştir. Avrupa Birliği sınırlarında emanet edilen görev nedeniyle üstlendiğimiz uluslarüstü sorumluluğun gereği, Lisbon süreci doğrultusunda 2010 yılında Avrupa Birliği'nin dünyanın en dinamik, rekabetçi ve büyük ekonomisi olmasına katkıda bulunmak durumundayız.. Gerek ulusal manada Türkiye'nin gerekse uluslarüstü manada Avrupa Birliği'nin bu yönde başarıya ulaşması için yegane çıkış 'bilgiye dayalı ekonomi- bilgiye dayalı toplum' ile ilgili dönüşümünün gecikmeden tamamlanmasıdır. Bu aşamada Türkiye'nin önünde daha fazla kat edilecek yol olduğu muhakkaktır. Türkiye, küresel bilginin ülkeye transferi adına Bologna Sürecini yakından takip ederek Avrupa Yüksek Öğretim Alanına yönelik çalışmalarını hızlandırmalı ve bilginin transferi için yurt dışından yeterince sayıda bilim insanını yanına çekebilmelidir. Bu kapsamda yurtdışında yaşayan beyin gücümüz ile yakından ilgilenmek durumundayız. Bu süreç sonunda Türkiye, modern ve çağdaş dünyaya kendi kalifiye insan, işgücü ve bilgisini aktarabilecek ve karşılıklı çıkarların dikkate alındığı bütünleşmeye katkıda bulunabilecektir. Her yıl bir milyon üzerinde ilk eğitime başlayan örencisi olan Türkiye'de temel hedef, bugün doğan her iki çocuktan birinin lise sonrası yüksek okul eğitimi alabileceği standarda ulaşacak bir altyapıyı kurmak olmalıdır. Bu hedef AB perspektifinde belli ülkelerde yakalanmış olsa da halen birçok üye ülke için öncelikli hedef olarak gündemde yer almalı; genişleme süresince de oluşturulacak politikalar da bu hedef merkezli belirlenmelidir. Bütün bu çalışmaların gerçekleştirilmesinde Türk Girişimci ve İşadamlarına da görev düşmektedir. İş dünyası, bilgiye dayalı ekonomiye geçişte, global manadaki hakları, fırsatları, kuralları, takip etmeli, bu yönde bilgi havuzlarının oluşturulmasına ve bilgi merkezli projelere destek vermelidir. TÜGİAD, 'Vizesiz Avrupa Vizyonu arayışı; Bilginin-Hakların aranması ve Kuralların belirlenmesinde diğer ülkelerdeki modellerin incelenmesiyle ilgili çalışmaları ve Kurumlar üstü bir platform ile oluşturmaya çalıştığı bilgi havuzlarıyla', Türkiye'de bir çaba içindedir. AB nezdinde de, YES Konfederasyonu olarak benzer yönde adımlar atılmakta, atılan adımlar desteklenmektedir... Bu vesileyle, bilgiye dayalı ekonomiye ulaşmanın, Türkiye için olduğu kadar Avrupa için de tek çıkış olduğu yönündeki temel öngörüsüyle yola çıkan; her zaman tutarlı çizgisini koruyan ve gerçekçiliği teyid olan TÜGİAD'ın kurucularına ve Yönetimlerde görev alan tüm arkadaşlarıma teşekkür ediyor ülkemiz ve dünyamız için daha güzel yarınlar diliyorum... YES For Europe Ğ The Confederation of Young European Businessmen is a meeting platform for 35,000 businessmen and entrepreneurs representing 11 different countries; unifying their social, economic cooperation, strength and performance above their national level. The founders and members work with the distinct effort and emphasis for representing the future of Europe as much as the effort and emphasis they put into representing their own countries. As Turkey has reached the most critical stage in the process of its membership in the EU, numerous Civil Society Organizations have begun to express their views and opinions in the context. The main theme and message portrayed is on the level of supporting 'Turkey's full integration into the European Union'. With the ongoing efforts of TÜGİAD's distinguished President and members, the Confederation of YES For Europe has also confirmed its support of this theme, through different means reaching different levels organization of all those concerned. One of the most innovative and distinctive messages reflected, was stated on November 27, 2004. The future of the European Union, the YOUNG BUSINESSMEN have made a note in this day of history. The Presidential role of the Confederation has been appointed to the President of TÜGİAD, where a particularly special message has been ratified officially and sent from the capitals of these member countries to both Brussels and Ankara... It is certain that a clear message has been given towards the public opinion, the leaders, Brussels and the EU mechanisms, as well as to the understanding that will be conceived by Ankara... No doubt TÜGİAD can also derive certain conclusions from this development. The global perspective that has been established on a strong foundation by the organization to this day, as well as the direction taken by the general opinion of the institution has been approved. Due to the role given to us within the borders of the European Union, we are now contributing to the European Union's development as the utmost dynamic, competitive and largest economy along the lines of the Lisbon process in the year 2010. Be it nationally within Turkey, or regionally within the European Union, the single approach that should be taken in achieving an 'economy based on information Ğ a society based on information' should be taken and completed without further delay. At this point, it is obvious that Turkey still has more challenges to undertake. In terms of transferring global information into the country, Turkey should speed up its activities relevant to the Area of Higher Education in Europe, along the lines of the Bologna Process, attracting as many scientifically equipped persons to the region as much as possible. In this prospect, we have to pay close attention to the brain power of our nationals living abroad. At the end of this process, Turkey will be able to contribute greatly to a unification process where the modern and qualified manpower and information is supplied mutually between the nation and the rest of the developed world. With over one million students starting their primary education in Turkey, the main aim is for one out of every two children born today; to reach a level of education above high school, at least achieving the infrastructure of providing an associate degree for those capable. While this vision has already been achieved by many countries as part of the EU perspective, a significant number of member countries need to keep it as part of their agenda, identifying this as the center for the basis of their national strategies. In the application of all these procedures, a strong role is within the responsibility of the Turkish Investors and Businessmen. The business world needs to follow up the opportunities, rights and regulations within in the transition of the economy towards the age of information at an international level. In this context, the necessary support for information projects and collective efforts should be given. TÜGİAD is making a significant contribution to the trend where 'Information pools that form the platform for examining and applying the models of information-rights determination and regulatory definition; in search of a Europe without a Visa Vision'. Furthermore, within the scope of the EU, YES Ğ as a Confederation, is taking similar steps while supporting those similar steps taken by others... I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my colleagues and friends playing a role in the establishment and management of TÜGİAD, protecting the vision and opinion while confirming the circumstances, contributing in Turkey's and Europe's journey towards and economy comprised with information. I wish for an even better tomorrow not just for our country but throughout the world as a whole... |
